Tables, white padded chairs, and shade canopies for parties, showers, and backyard celebrations in Surprise and nearby West Valley areas. Browse our introductory pricing below, then text us to check your date.

Packages & Pricing

Our packages include tables, white padded chairs, local Surprise delivery and pickup, and a one-day or overnight rental. Equipment is placed in one accessible area.

Customers arrange the tables and chairs. Want us to handle setup? Add full table and chair setup for $1 per chair and $2 per table.

Canopy installation and removal are always included. All canopies are delivered, anchored, installed, and removed by Copper Rose.

All canopies are white and measure 10 × 20 feet.

Delivery outside local Surprise, special access needs, and extended rentals may cost extra. Your total price and delivery details are confirmed before you book.

All canopies are installed and removed by Copper Rose.

Individual Rentals & Custom Orders

Eight-foot banquet tables — $10 each
White 10 × 20 canopy — $60 base rental price

Individual prices are used for custom orders. Delivery and any additional service charges will be confirmed in your quote. For canopy-only rentals with local delivery and installation included.

Delivery & Setup Details

Package prices include local Surprise delivery and pickup. We also serve nearby West Valley areas, with delivery availability and any additional charges confirmed using your event address.

Additional charges may apply for parks, stairs, long carrying distances, multiple setup areas, exact-time service, or extended rentals.

All pricing and delivery details are confirmed before you reserve. Customer pickup is not available.

A 25% deposit reserves your date and rental items. The remaining balance is due at delivery.
